The One

Corporate

The One is the highest building of the new living quarters "The Marks" in the 3rd district of Vienna and offers apartments for a broad target group – apartments to buy or to rent, for students, families, or persons with a very high income. For this diverse clientele we created a corporate identity that creates a sense of welcoming and reflects elegance and warmth, including the conception of a print and social media campaign.
